He uses unqualified people.

I booked him to fix a roof leak that is now worse than before. Rather than take responsibility for the terrible work, he complained that its ‘not his fault that the guy lied to him about his qualifications’.

Then he has sent an apprentice out to fix what the first unqualified guy did. Cant make this up.

The workers spent 2 days fixing a leak but we still have the same problem very disappointed as we spent a lot on this particular job.

Satisfactory job, however no safety equipment in sight for 2 young workers on a double story house. Site could have been left cleaner also.

Fantastic team! They arrived on time and completed the job to an excellent standard. Everything was left clean and tidy, and they even went out of their way to fix issues that weren’t included in the original quote — all without asking for anything extra. Truly reliable and great workmanship!
